1. TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:00 p.m. PST on July 2, 2003 through August 20, 2003 (the "Promotion Period"), log on to participating local radio station websites and Linkin Park fan websites ("Participating Sites"), locate the Internet link containing an e-card with a track from the Linkin Park album Meteora (the "Trading Cards") and click on the link . For a list of some of the Participating Sites, go to www.linkinpark.com. A new Trading Card will be added to Participating Sites each week of the Promotion Period. When you have collected all six Trading Cards, a link will appear that allows you to enter the Trading Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). Click on the link and complete the Official Entry form provided to enter the Sweepstakes (the "Entry" or "Entries"). You must find all 6 unique Trading Cards to enter the Sweepstakes. Submit the Entry electronically by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on August 20, 2003. All Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on August 21, 2003. In order for an Entry to be valid, you must click on the "I accept" button at the bottom of the Entry form. No facsimiles allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, any of the Participating Sites, the Trading Cards link, the Trading Cards or the Entry link; for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected Entries; or for any other technical problems related to website entries. Limit one Entry per person and/or email address. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to U.S. residents 13 years of age or older who have Internet access as of July 1, 2003. Linkin Park, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and members of their immediate families and people living in the same household of each are not eligible.

3. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected on or about September 3,2003 in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by mail, phone, or email and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release from liability which must be received by Sponsor within 14 days of the date on the notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

4. SIX (6) PRIZES: An offline framed and matted collection of all 6 Trading Cards representing each of the Linkin Park band members and signed by each band member. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $150. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of his/her prize. All prizes will be awarded. If a winner is a minor in his or her state of residence, winner's parent or legal guardian must sign all required documents. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable. Limit of one prize per person and/or email address.

5. GENERAL: By entering, entrants agree to: (a) release the Sponsor and its agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, possession and use/misuse of any prize; (b) agree to be bound by the Official Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy and the decisions of the judges; and (c) give his or her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email, mail or phone. By submitting an Entry, entrant consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media worldwide, now known or hereafter developed (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Trading Card link, the Trading Card, the Entry link or the entry process. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, terrorism or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and to select the winners based on the Entries received prior to the cancellation or termination. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. The Sweepstakes is governed by laws of the state of California, with exclusive venue for any dispute in Los Angeles County, California.

6. REMOVAL FROM FUTURE MAILINGS: To have your name and address removed from Sponsor's future sweepstakes and contest mailings, please send your request to: Linkin Park, Removal From Mailing Lists, P.O. Box 36915, Los Angeles, CA 90036. Linkin Park will process your request within 60 days.
